8/23 Post yourself in nature! Ocean, desert, snow, forest, etc.

My favorite refuge in moments when I need to clear my head, slow down, breathe really clean and absorb vitamin D. Without that maddening sound humidity of the center of São Paulo, traveling to the interior does me a lot of good.
