Have you ever been tired of something?
Yes, of course you have.
What is the difference between leadership and being lead?
That can be alot of things usually resulting soley from one aspect alone, drive.
Whoever has more drive leads. Why? because those with the mopst drive refuse to let anyone else do it and will do whatever it takes to keep their "right" to lead. Anything from adaptation to education. So in essence in order to lead you must be driven by a force greater than those around you. Interesting, yes?
How do you obtain suh motivation? Any number of ways I am unaware of. Usually realization through trauma is the most effective drive. The conclusion alone that you are meant to lead will do very little in the face of others who believe the same. You must be convinced that above all else it is not only your ability but also your responsibility, and yours alone.
So what am I tired of?
See it from my perspective, the fruits are in the labor
