Holy ass! It's tax time and I'm going through all my receipts. I keep all of them because essentially my whole life is an expense.
What I didn't realize:
I'm looking at a record of every dinner she and I had together. Every night out. Every date. Reliving every moment. The early great times. The wonderful dinners after which (I know now) that she went and fucked someone else. All the gifts I gave her. I'm not complaining about the amount of money I spent on her - that was my choice and I loved doing it at the time.
It's just when i feel like I'm letting her go - I get set back. It doesn't quite feel like I'm going to vomit - more like I just did 1,000 sit-ups.
It's a great day.
