So, I finally updated my user picture (and it looks five times better when not resized), and I changed my alias name. I would have preferred to be called Kathleen, but there is now a Suicide Girl named Kathleen. Whatever.
Sorry for the lack of updates. To be perfectly honest, I haven't really felt much like it, hence why I haven't been leaving a lot of comments in your journals. School right now is my primary focus and I'm not getting on the computer as much as I used to.
My last day at Home Depot was on Sunday. While I was jumping for joy because I was leaving, I was a little sad as well; I had worked at Home Depot for a year and a half and it was sad to say good-bye to the friends I have made there. Plus, I met my boyfriend at Depot, so I guess its fair to say that Home Depot will have a little tiny place to stick its nasty orange in my heart. I wasn't kidding when I said little.
So far, school is going fairly good. I have an A+ in my computers class (which isn't shocking), a B+ in Civil Engineering, an A- in my Drawing class and a B in my drafting class. I don't have any marks from my building code class yet, but I fear a midterm will be coming up soon. I'm really concerned about my drafting class as its manual drafting (which I'm never going to use again after first year) but I'm not one of those people who can be all that accurate when it comes to measuring lines and what not. This is why I'm looking forward to AutoCAD. I know that sounds pathetic for someone who is going to be drafting for the rest of her life, but I think it'll be easier once I can get on the computer. Thankfully, I understand all the concepts, so thats not an issue.
*sighs* I am so very tired, so I think I'm going to wrap this up. I hope everyone else is doing well. Oh, and if you haven't done so already, go see Irish's set!
And....
Isn't he just adorable?! Gizmo continues to get bigger and is now teething horribly.

Meh, people drift in and out he whole time. I could never manage properly once a day or anything, so 3-4 times a week is sensible.
Last days at work are always sad: there's something about when you leave a place for the last time.
Yay for school going well: can't believe they're already grading you!
