I'm not going to work tomorrow. I've decided that I need to take a day for myself and just relax. I haven't once yet called in sick because I didn't want to go to work, so I figured I might as well take advantage of that.

Speaking of jobs, I applied for a job at IKEA yesterday online and I got a call back for an interview today! The position I'm being considered for is Sales Associate, Kitchen and Dining Design, which means I'll be helping people plan the layout of their kitchens and what not. I am so excited! My interview is on Tuesday, but I wish it would come now.

Also some other good news: I'm getting a tattoo on May 19. It's going to be a star on my right shoulder. If I get around it, I'll post a picture of it showing what is going to look like. I can't wait! I was hoping I could get in earlier, but the parlor that I'm going to is quite busy; the work they do is wonderful, so I can't really complain.

I also bought a hamster spur-of-the-moment yesterday. I bought a bigger one than my roommate has, but she's really really cute! I'll be sure to take a picture.
