That sucks what you said in your last journal - but from my experience it is how things tend to go. I once worked as a paintsprayer in an engineering factory; I would go out of my way to get jobs finished without complaint, even at short notice. Then they asked me to train-up a new guy. He was obstinate, whining, non--co-operative, and not really very interested. Then they made me redundant and gave him the job. The whingers (and the incompetent if they are in managerial roles) get it all.
Screw 'em. I know it's tough to take (and easier to say than do) but getting stressed over things that are out of your control is , in a way, letting the assholes get another point at your expense. *retrospective hug*
