I love American Idol when its in the audition stage. 'Nuff said.
I've been having an allergic reation to something since Saturday night. I was at Jay's house watching a movie when I started to feel itchy. I came home only to discover that my clevage was covered in hives. It didn't make sense at the time because I hadn't really come into a lot of contact with things that I was allergic to: I hadn't touched latex in any form, and even though I'm allergic to cats I didn't take Jay's cat and rub it all over my chest. I took a Reactine, fell asleep infront of the TV, and woke up on Sunday with no reminance of the hives. Well, the hives were back with a vengance yesterday morning. I've been taking Reactine since and the hives just won't go away. After talking to my roommate, my mom and Jay, the only thing I can come up with is that I'm potentially allergic to my Nexium. See, for those of you who are unaware of what Nexium is and how it works, Nexium is a time-released GERD medication that also helps heal errosions in the esophagous caused my nasty heartburn. I started taking it a few weeks ago because of another medication I was prescribed as this other medication will eat my stomach inside out. Thankfully, I haven't had to take the other medication, but I keep taking the Nexium anyways, just incase there were any errosions that needed to be healed. Now, the reason why I think its the Nexium I'm allergic to is because the hives fade down, but always come back within a few hours. Its hard to know at this point what is setting me off, and I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow afternoon.
I hate being itchy.
Oh, and the Conservative Party won the Canadian election yesterday. This is going to be interesting.

I hear that Cowell has got into trouble for his remarks in American Idol. So much so it made our news, anyway.
You kind of saw the whole election thing coming though, didn't you?
