I'm going to see Queen play in Vancouver in April!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't been able to sit still since my dad told me the news.
See, my dad is very good friends with one of his investors over in London, and this guy is very good friends with the members of Queen and Eric Clapton. My dad was invited to go shooting with this investor (pheasant hunting), and Roger Taylor from Queen was going to be shooting with my dad. So, they got to talking and my dad told Roger that we had seen We Will Rock You last February and that my sister and I are huge Queen fans. What did Roger Taylor say? He said he would arrange to get us tickets for the show in Vancouver! Yes, I am going to go see Queen in Vancouver because Roger Taylor wants me and my sister to see them play!!!!!!!!
Before anyone asks, a man named Paul Rogers (I think) is playing for Freddie Mercury. I know it won't be the same, but it'll still be a good time. Plus, I get to miss school for this
The date of the concert falls directly on the same day of the two year anniversary for me and Jay, which is disappointing but its out of my control. I promised Jay I would get him a t-shirt
Alright, here's a challenge for y'all: I've been gone since the end of November and I've must have missed a few good sets/new girls go up. Can you make some suggestions for who I need to take a look at? Thanks, darlings.

That's excellent about your getting to see Queen cos of your Dad's contacts. I'm impressed
I've heard they're good, though obviously different - and you get some of Paul Rodger's back catalogue too.

Sets? Don't look at that many unless they are favourites or UK girls but if you haven't yet, check out "The 2 queens" (Fanny & Kate) yesterday
