To my Canadian darlings: Happy Early Turkey Day!
To my non-Canadian darlings who aren't celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend: Happy Early Turkey Day? (erm, not sure what to say there....)
I've decided that I'm making individual pumpkin tarts instead of two massive pies this year as my roommate doesn't like pumpkin pie and I don't want to intrude on my mom's pies. Plus, the boyfriend loves pumpkin pie, and now he can have a whole bunch of it (sort of). I'll be doing that within the next half hour as I need to see the end of my soap opera first
Today has been pretty uneventful in that I didn't go to class- there was no point as 3/4 of my class are going back home for Thanksgiving- so I worked on homework and went groccery shopping instead. I behaved today and didn't get Starbucks on the way home. Instead, I bought my mom a Cornucopia flower arrangement for her dining room table. Yes, I know that the arrangement costs more than my Tazo Chai, but it was more the thought than anything else.
A few girls have come back from the archive recently, including Stormy. I tell you, with all the happenings on this site, you're definately kept on your toes. Methinks I'm going to try and make some Army banners this evening; I just got Photoshop CS a week and a half ago and I need to play around with it for a bit. I tell you, its a very different program from Paint Shop Pro and I'm feeling a little lost

Yes Photoshop has become like LightWave3D my render package - just when you thought you knew where the gearshift was they re-engineer the damn thing and add another 20 gadgets
