Blah blah blah...nothing exciting happened.
So anywho, I watched the finale of the Battle for Ozzfest on MTV last night. I'm glad A Dozen Furies won as I was just not "feeling" the other band. Let's just say the losers could have taken a much needed fashion vacation with the Fab 5.
As it is painfully obvious, yes, I do watch and enjoy Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Even more I watched a few episodes during their marathon with my mom. We laughed our asses off when they "made over" their cameraman. Good episode, not to be missed.
So last night I finally picked up Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and thought I was going to be a bawling mess of tears. On the contrary I was a little disappointed from what everyone has told me. I got a little misty-eyed in a couple areas, but for the most part I just sat their objectively. Perhaps that was for the best.
I will say this, the poem from which the title phrase comes from, by Alexander Pope, Eloisa to Abelard, is much better and more rewarding than the movie. But then again, I am an old Romantic at heart.
Well, I do suppose it's time to start cooking. I told my mom she has the week off from cooking duties. She's certainly looking forward to the plum-raspberry sorbet this week.

Andy Granelli was drumming for The Distillers in his off-time, as was Dante Sigona was playing bass for them, too (he filled in for the fall-winter 2001 AFI tour). With The Distillers getting bigger and Eric's duties as a new father and husband, The Nerve Agents decided to call it quits.
I don't know anything more than that. I used to be keep in touch with Eric on a message board, but that was so long ago.
