Meh, I really don't want to write the term paper for my Modern Italian history class. I had a topic, but because of no prior experience with the subject matter, just a fascination of it, I was forced to abort. Recently I picked up another topic, Giacomo Leopardi-Cesare Pavese, comparing the two, but the only book that would have been immensly useful for Pavese was all in Italian. Now I have to practically pull eight to ten pages "out of my ass" (I fucking hate that phrase) by Tuesday afternoon. Aaarrrgggghhhh!
And because everyone who ever reads this cares, things were better on Friday with the ladies than Wednesday. Jamie actually showed up for history and I sat close to her. I felt a little awkward doing so, but until she flat out says "hey, I'm not interested" I'm gonna keep pursuing. So when I sat down next to her, she was like "Hey!...umm, I'm sorry but I forgot your name." And very flatly I said, "It's Collin." Then Jamie says, "Oh, right, that's what I was thinking, Collin, because I didn't want to call you by the wrong name." Well, at least she remembered I talked to her...*wink*
Sunday I'll be in front of the ol' computer for the whole day trying to piece this paper together with wreckless abandon.
