School has started and there are many reasons to be glad/bummed.

First the negatives: for the first three days straight I have seen the ex on campus. Today was a close encounter, but since she was on the other side of the street walking to class and me going the opposite direction, all we did was exchange sheepish glances at each other. I felt an...

There's a few prospects out of the 4 classes I'm taking, and a couple from last semester's classes. It's just a matter of application and actual desire. Lately I just haven't been interested in chicks or anything really.

Meh. whatever

It finally hit me, school starts up again in one week. I'm not really looking forward to it. Of course there are the pros and cons such as meeting up with friends again (pro) and running into all those memory-association landmarks (mostly con). I have never, since orientation the summer before freshman year, been fond of the drive into town. The far east end of...

Updating blows because nothing happens in my quiet life. I'll try to get this done in less than four minutes.

It's been snowing off and on lately. I like snow. I like shovelling my driveway and what not, it's pretty relaxing at night, cold-still air, good tunes on my headphones. Pretty peaceful to say the least. That is, until our retarded papergirl goes out of...

Kid: What are you gonna do today, Napoleon?
Napoleon: Whatever I feel like! GOD!

Napoleon Dynamite is the new Dave Chapelle as far as quotable one-liners. I'm not complaining! biggrin biggrin biggrin

Blah blah blah...nothing exciting happened.

So anywho, I watched the finale of the Battle for Ozzfest on MTV last night. I'm glad A Dozen Furies won as I was just not "feeling" the other band. Let's just say the losers could have taken a much needed fashion vacation with the Fab 5.

As it is painfully obvious, yes, I do watch and enjoy Queer Eye...

Eric Ozenne had a pretty bad knee (most likely attributed to as being in Marine infantry) and he wound up having surgery on it sometime after Days Of The White Owl. I know he was touring for The Butterfly Collection with a big knee brace on. During that time his wife, Rachel, was pregnant and had their little girl sometime after touring was over.

Andy Granelli was drumming for The Distillers in his off-time, as was Dante Sigona was playing bass for them, too (he filled in for the fall-winter 2001 AFI tour). With The Distillers getting bigger and Eric's duties as a new father and husband, The Nerve Agents decided to call it quits.

I don't know anything more than that. I used to be keep in touch with Eric on a message board, but that was so long ago.

I take it from the Carlos Beltran comment that you're an Astros fan?

I'm bored as hell. Strange to say that because it's now 4 in the morning of January the 7th. Nothing helps boredom at godforsaken hours of the day like sleeping for 13 hours the day before. So I went to bed at 1 the other morning and woke up at 2 in the afternoon. Something is amiss.

I don't know why I do it, but...

it would be like meeting a chick and telling her up-front that you were only "so-so" in the sack...

Again, nothing important happening. I went to the dentist yesterday, which is now becoming a pain. I know most people hate going which is totally understandable, but the dental hygenist was a complete bitch to me. Instead of asking if her constant raking on my metal/cold water sensitive upper-left molar, she just kept pouring on the pain. My gums are still inflamed from her harassment....

I hate those dating shows because the people on there are always douchebags. The Date My Mom show was pretty amusing, because eventually you know you have to meet the parents. Plus, some of those moms were better packages than their daughters. Can you say MILF?!

Nothing going on as of late...just waking up in the afternoon everyday and watching the boob-tube until morning. Jealous?

Bah, I need to pick up some books and read.
xmilitaryxmikex:
Boobs, sounds like a good idea. Oh wait, isn't that every day I check SG? :|

Reading a book sounds like a good idea, but I'm about to start classes on the 18th so I wanna be dumb until then.

As an introvert, it is in my power to avoid social situations. I hate them. They make me feel uncomfortable-- a bizarre cross-bread that either everybody is looking at me, or nobody at all is looking at me. Seriously, this shit blows.

Dinner with the family at the oh-so-classy Walker's Grill. I liked my meal and my water was the fucking bomb.

The wild adventures...

Yeah, you should give your wrists a break from the razor blades, too! wink

I didn't have too awesome a night, either, but I was with friends, so that's all that mattered to me.

Jake gives me a call tonight and suggests that we should go to this crapshoot, Wild West Saloon, and dance it up with the "hotties." Me being the incredibly introverted fella that I am, I accept.

Craig gets called on his obviously fake ID and he is forced to leave, which in turn forces Jake and me to leave. After a couple run ins with...

I say pimp dem ho's like they don't know! hahaha. Good work playing them and keeping the upper hand on the game. Sucks the male:famale ratio is so shitty, but it makes you look like such a pimp when you score the chick.

All I can say is good luck on the festivities tonight. I'm not really looking to hook-up, but rather just have fun with my friends (granted they're all very non-edge).

So this is my second go-round with staying up through the night. Hopefully this time will be different than last-- I fell asleep on my bed shortly after eating Frosted Flakes at nine in the morning. I've done nothing but listen to my iPod since three a.m. I don't even remember buying Pretty Girls Make Graves "album" "Good Health." Well actually I do, but I...

Nothing overly exciting to report.

For the past few nights I've been importing music onto my new ipod. It's a labor of love.

I've been hanging out and talking with my best friend Chris the past couple days. It's always good to touch bases with dear friends.

My sleep pattern is way out of whack: roughly 3am to 2:30pm.

I'm going to call Millie today,...

Napoleon Dynamite is so fucking rad in the fact that it's like 2003 but everyone dresses like it was 1985. All I can say is it's all about Pedro!

I hate iPod for some reason. There's just something about them and MP3 players that just rattles my nerves like fashion-core kids.
