Avoiding work. Really, what difference does it all make? Who cares how Spike Lee used sound in film? Well, I used to. But then writing about it killed the magic of it, so now I'm in hate mode. Damn you thesis!!
I hope everyone else's week was better than mine. Thankfully the weekend is near, so there's a little respite. Respite? Sometimes I just come out with random words. The other night when I was drunk, I used "hinder" and was made fun of extensively. I suppose that is the price of an English major? That and constantly correcting everyone else's grammar. Oh well...
Enough complaining. The weather is becoming more beautiful and the time for piercing and possibly inking is approaching.
And just one more thing:
"Love can sweep you off your feet and carry you along in a way you've never known before. But the ride always ends, and you end up feeling lonely and bitter. Wait. It's not love I'm describing. I'm thinking of a monorail."
-my favorite Jack Handey quote
