And my list of health problems just seems to get longer and longer - I got a goo night's sleep last night, which makes a change, however, I seem to have done my back in in the process!
Well, I seem to be going through one of my ill -> depressed -> crazy -> determined to do something about it cycle and it seems I've come out the other end relatively unscathed.
However, this time I am determined to do something about my health. I've tried going to the gym, but I just find it so boring, even when I had a portable movie player to watch Prison Break while on the bikes. That and it just didn't seem to do anything for me. So, I've been looking for other things to do, one of which being Snowboarding and another being Martial Arts. I've discovered there's classes for something called Kupso Martial Arts, which sounds ideal for me. I'm going to go along to one of their classes sometime this week, or possibly next week.
Hopefully I'll actually lose some weight and keep it off this time.
