Well we lost 10-0 to durham...gutted as well, another winnable game. Wouldnt have been so bad but a couple of their players were filthy too so it was like salt in the wound after 80 mins of graft.

On the bright side i made it onto the pitch for 70 of those mins (as tight head, not bandaging people up this time)which at least let...

Spent the morning in A+E with one of the rugby girls, verdicts still out on what shes done but theyve put her leg in a cast so it can't be good- it twisted under her during a tackling exercise frown Worst part is she lives on the 4th floor of her building and theres no lift.

Gutted with yesterdays result too, wasn't particularly convinced we'd win...

We lost the first match of our season yesterday to Newcastle. Most depressing, not least because we were leading for the first 70 minutes of an 80 minute match. Grr...
And i only got on the pitch for around 5 minutes, and failed to boom any one in that time. Not a good start to the year for me, but at the very least the...

It's official, i'm my own worst enemy.

I have an unhealthy obsession with turning everything Tony an I ever work on jointly into a battle, even though (or possibly because) I always lose. This time it was'nt even a joint job. I'm making the posters to publiscise the rugby team for fresher's week this year, im not bad at art but i suck at IT...

Don't beat yourself up about it - there's no shame in admitting you need help. But, you will someday find something you are good at!

Spent Thursday night celebrating one of my closest friend's exit from the horror that is the teenage years...

Shes the youngest out of our crowd, the last to turn 20, and the last birthday before we seperate across the country again in September, so everyone worked their asses off to get the night off from respective employers and get heinously drunk.

By 9 we'd worked...

Harsh day at work.

If i haven't mentioned it elsewhere already, i work as a care assistant for the elderly in the holidays to pay my tuition fees. The work takes some getting used to, but it's never boring. Today was one of the worse days, i spent most of the day in an argument i was never going to win. One of the residents...

Right, couldn't be more bored of England, if it wasn't for the end of the world weather i'm pretty sure id have turned to stone out of sheer boredom about a week ago. You know the situations getting pretty dire when watching an episode of top gear that isn't a repeat is the highlight of your day frown I havent even got work to go to,...

Holy crap that was a good week!

I now simultaneously remember what made me want to join the army in the first place, and what made me want to run screaming from it. I joined the rest of my platoon a week late (lab work had taken priority) on the day that was A) our pay parade, and B) 50p bar night. Messy messy experiences...
