Spent the morning in A+E with one of the rugby girls, verdicts still out on what shes done but theyve put her leg in a cast so it can't be good- it twisted under her during a tackling exercise 
Worst part is she lives on the 4th floor of her building and theres no lift.
Gutted with yesterdays result too, wasn't particularly convinced we'd win but there were plenty of oppurtunitys to close the points gap.
So, not a good rugby weekend on any front. Role on the Durham game on Wednesday...

Send Best wishes to your friend i knew someone who ended up on the bottom of a heap playing football and wrecked he's left knee not his fault but what can you say at that point... 2 month in plaster antoher year in rehab. Help them keep thier haed up!!
