it has come to my attention that my past couple of entries have been.... not so much fun. and i feel badly about that. we are all here for the killer naked girls, not to listen to me bitch. i appreciate everyone being so nice about it though

if you havent noticed, i am HORRIBLE at correspondence, ie: replying to people when they post comments. i have a serious problem with this. i really want to do it and i think about it a lot but it never seems to happen? anyway, i promise that when i get my computer back and i have more than one hour a week to be on here, i will respond like mad. in fact, you will probably wish that i would go away.
this weekend was a bust. i didnt leave the house - literally - all weekend. not that thats anything new. but i have decided that mourning time is over. ive deleted the phone number and erased the messages and taken damien rice out of the cd player (ok, thats a lie. but im planning on it, sometime soon). lots of things i could say about that situation but you know i just dont think i need to bore you anymore.
i did babysit this weekend though. i mean, sure i was hanging out with a 4 year old, but when youre as desperate for human contact as i am, company is company! ive been watching lexie for about 2 years, and friday nite she finally discovered my massive collection of art materials and craft supplies. which means that from now on, EVERY time she comes over, shes going to beg me to get all of that shit out. dont get me wrong, i enjoy it. i mean, i was going to school to be an art teacher for christs sake. but damn, a person can only stand so many hours of coloring. she made me draw - no joke - about 25 horses friday nite. over and over and over..... but anyways, here are some drawings we did. arent they damn cute?
