Finished Last Exit to Brooklyn in record time. Its fantastic. It might just be my favorite book in a long time. Started the Crimes of Love by de Sade, and I think I put the Chalice and the Blade by Eisler in my bag for the long drive to LA that will embark in approximately 45 minutes. Mike's car got broken into this week, so the joys of music will not be ours.
I packed a picnic dinner of avocado sandwiches (both with tomatoes, one with jack cheese and wasabi mustard, the other with goat cheese, basil, and capers) and leftover wild rice pilaf and olive couscous.
Can't wait to see them!
