Fire bugs should be shot. There was a big fire about a mile from my mums house. It was very interesting trying to get through all the police blockades. even though i'm only 5 mins from her house it took 25 mins to get there. In this situation it's kinda funny you pretty much stand there like a stuned dear wondering what you should do. Then you try and do everything possible. listening to the radio and checking the net for updates when i first got to mums the fire was classified as small with 17 fire trucks within 1 hour it had gone to a large fire with 295 firetrucks at it's peak. Now it is apparently contained but anything can still happen. in the end mum just packed her bags.
