Exercise is good girl, keep it up, it gets easier. You'll be sore all the time but will see results. I do yoga so I remember when I couldn't even touch my toes. I had lower backpain like a bitch due to many 9-11 mile humps early on in my career. After about 2 months it was gone and I could actually stand up in the mornings without having to roll out of my bed.
moral: stick with it.
