Thanks for the newswire article submission. However, the format that we usually use is to take an already published piece and link to it, often including quotations, while writing our own commentary on the text of the article. I do think the subject mattter of this article is of interest though, so if you feel like reworking it into something that fits a little more into the SG newswire format I'd be happy to publish it.
