My sleep cycle is all wrong. I'm never tired when I should be going to bed, and when it's time to get up I have no energy. I've tried some OTC sleep aids-- don't seem to work much.
I've started working out again. Maybe that will help.
I've been putting off starting my music lessons. I found an instructor and all that. I just don't think I'd be able to concentrate while the aforementioned dilemma exists.
