Okie dokie
There is not much left of the semester. I have not done very well in my studies as I have lost interest in LSU. Well, not really LSU, but the whole schooling system. I'd spend the rest of my life in college learning everything about everything if it were possible.
Although money doesn't really matter much to me, it would be irresponsible for me to delay establishing financial security for my future. The obvious first step in achieving security is to attend college and earn some degree in some field. I would be making matters worse by spending money on tuition and accumilating more debt to attend college when I have not decided on a degree.
For me, that would mean my time for self discovery and exploration of interests has come and gone in the time I attended high school. I think that's a little unfair. Resources are very limited in high school. There are only a few classes which, I might add, follow a curriculum that I had no say in. But regardless, in order to have efficiently utilized the money spent on tuition, I needed to have my mind made up before my first semester at LSU.
I refuse to settle for a life and career that does not satisfy me.
I have decided to stop attending LSU. I leave open the possibilty of returning some day. However, I feel it is time to experience something new, all the while saving and preparing for another time to waste money on more exploration of interests.
That is all for now.
