Thanks for that beautiful comment, went to see that therapist and she suggested hypnotherapy as opposed to meds. If that doesn't work then I will try meds as my last resort because it is very expensive. A psychological evaluation by a psychaitrist is about R1000 which I just don't have. You are right they are both beautiful disasters and as crazy as I am I am not a disaster and I can do better. biggrin
