A friend of mine, Wesleigh (now Tarryn's ex), has just put me on to a phenomenal new photographic talent - a San Francisco local who goes by the rather curious name of merkley???, (yes, his name does actually contain those 3 question marks!), & whose list of close personal friends includes none other than the lovely Ms Gwen Stefani

Some news on the work front: I got an annual 5.8% increase on my basic salary, which although monetary wise is not terribly much (only R985 extra per month), is still pretty good in the grand scheme of things, ie. an above-average percentage increase in our company, which means my boss still loves me
Plans for this weekend? Well, we're hoping for a quiet one (yeah, yeah, that's what I always say, I know
, but pls hold thumbs anyway!) Tonight we'll probably hire a DVD & snuggle up on the couch, tomorrow night we're going to dinner with Ronwen+Colin & cronies @ Giovanni's in Banbury Cross Village, & inbetween I plan to do all my filing. Fuck, there's just so bloody MUCH of it to get through 
Between building a new house & moonlighting as a model agency owner - not to mention all the other day-to-day stuff that piles up inbetween (oh, & did I mention that Lee & I are magazine junkies, too!) - our loft room (spare room / home office) is beginning to drown under paperwork. GOT TO SORT IT OUT before the floor caves in
