After taking off my makeup & clambering into bed at around 4:30 this morning, my beautiful boy & I made mad, passionate love before slipping off into a deep & dreamless sleep. We awoke peacefully at about midday (it was still cold as a witch's tit out there) & have whiled away the rest of the day reading, snoozing, watching telly, eating KFC, & just generally chilling.
When we first walked into the club at 10:30pm, I must say I felt extremely self-conscious. I was, like, the ONLY female in the entire place wearing a dress & heels. All the other chicks were in jeans & trainers! But after a while - & several beers down my gullet - I couldn't have cared less. It was also kinda creepy knowing that Truth had, at one time, been a snake park! If there are two things in life that scare the bejeezers outa me, it's snakes & sharks
All in all, though, we had a GR8 time. Lara & I ended up opening up a bit to one another about our bisexuality & shared a fun, flirty *moment* on the main dancefloor, while Brian & Jason (Merv's brother) chased skirts. Um, sorry - that'd be "derrieres in Diesel jeans"
Oh, well, I'm going back to my book now (Monday Mourning, by Kathy Reichs). Can't think of a better way to round off a lovely relaxing weekend...

Sean, Angie and I chatted about everything and what else ... we did not even really talk about the photoshoot. I know Angie from my book club, so it was more a social get together than anything else ... They are two great people!
