Me being fierce!
By Steffen Andrews
Ok, so it's high time that I update my journal. My New Year's Resolutions are not going so well (obviously). But, I'm not at all surprised and I am just hoping to accomplish these things throughout the year. We'll see how that goes.
There is actually a lot to update. My work has gotten...well...difficult I guess you could say. The company is going through a lot of restructuring and are revamping certain areas. In my particular area, they have laid off my immediate supervisor and the other girl who is at my level. Which leaves me in charge of everything dealing with apartment analysis. Which wouldn't be so bad except they have also put me in charge of designing and implementing websites for all of the properties we own. Not a small feat for someone who only has a basic working knowledge of html. I will tell you what though, I have learned a TON over the last week. And, crazy enough, I am actually really enjoying it. I'm basically just editing code at this point but I'm having fun learning and seeing the results. I am going to be super busy and super stressed out. But, it looks good for me.
As far as modeling goes, I am taking a little of a breather. I'm not feeling very creative with the work I have done and I'm looking at different avenues. DanielK and I are going to start working more together and I'm going to start to explore things that I would like to do. I want to get into more edgy, thought provoking art than doing simple glamour. While I enjoy fashion, there's something missing. And that is the creative outlet. So, look for more work coming from the team of DanielK and I.
Daniel has also been put in charge of handling the art show at a local BDSM convention. He was in it last year but now he is curating the whole thing. As this is something else that I love to do, I have been working a lot with him to get everything together. So, if any of you readers of my journal have a bunch of erotic or fetish work that you would be interested in showing, shoot me an email or go to: http://www.thunderinthemountains.com for more information.
Sierra is doing well. We taught her a new trick.
She's such a smart doggie.
We had a great time hanging out with all of the SGCO friends on Saturday at the Zoo. I absolutely LOVE the Zoo.
That's about it. I am really, really, really, going to try hard to update more often. I am just on the computer so much at work (and can't get onto SG) that one of the last things I want to do when I get home is sit in front of the computer. But, I vow to do my best not to be so neglectful of all of you great people.
Have a great week!

Thanks for the tip for LA. I'm def into fun museums, there were sooo many back home, so if there's time maybe i'll get to check it out. I'm sure the rest of our time will consist of the beach and shopping.
