This is a pic shot from a shoot Daniel and I did this weekend. Unfortunately our MUA was sick so I had to do my own makeup. Not as great as what she could have done but I think I'm holding my own.

Man, I am so sorry I haven't been responding to comments, let alone updating this thing. Just when life starts to slow down, something comes up to make it go all wonky again. We just found out that not one other person that is on the lease for our studios is renewing. So I have been in super stress mode trying to find other people to be on the lease. We have had a lot of interest so my stress level has decreased a bit. But boy, it was pretty tense for a little while there.

Then all of the sudden modeling started going crazy again. But in a good way. DanielK and I are shooting whenever either of us doesn't have another shoot planned and we are getting some great stuff! I'm so happy with it all! Go check out his journal to see some pics from the shoot we did last weekend. I was all 60's mod. Having a makeup artist made all the difference and the pictures turned out outstanding.

I'm also starting to get into the indie film thing as an extra. A little while back I was an extra in a short. Now I have two more coming up in the next couple of weeks. I'm excited! Not to mention more and more shoots as well. I just got home from one and boy am I going to be sore tomorrow!

We have also had 3 new people start at work in the past couple of weeks. Ok, one of them is starting tomorrow. But between new people starting and the end of the year approaching, work is going crazy.

So, yeah, my birthday is coming up. Um, not sure what else to say about that.

And, yeah, holidays are coming. Not sure what to say about that either except that we are not going anywhere! Yay! No relatives to deal with! As I'm getting older I am appreciating building my own life with my husband so much more without having the rest of the family around. Our marriage is so much stronger because of it. Has anyone else felt that way? Don't get me wrong, I miss my family. But you couldn't pay me enough to move back to live near them. I've never felt that way before. Maybe I'm just growing up. Who knows.

Ok, I'm exhausted and babbling. I'll stop now before this becomes a novel.
