Wow, I hit the gym hard today, plan on it for the next six days straight. As I do every year after Halloween -I'm giving up sugar. Let's see if I can survive without it. No big wup. Just drink more water and run around more at work. I think the reason I'm crashing after my long day at work is that the sugar is causing it. I can normally function pretty well up till 10:30PM and then get up and do it all again at 5:45AM. Happy I'm home tonight tho. Just relaxing, listening to the washer and dryer running in the next room. Warm and Fuzzy (kinda like chinese food when it's left in the sun) hahaha
