awww thanx, this happens all the time when i work to much and dont sleep my body is that what that fuck and just shuts down usaly i have the weekend to rest but not this week end i work sat morning, and sunday ill be helping with moving in our new furniter.

ya thats the secret...if you have a pic in your documents you want in your journal or on your boards, you load it to your picture folders then right click on it to get the URL.

added hint...if you want it to the boards don't let it be anymore then 300 pixels wide or it won't fit on the page.

Just write out the address in full with at the end.

when you want to insert a picture into your journal...click on the image header below your journal THEN find the image you want..right click on it...go to properties...save the web address of that picture (it has to be a picture already online, it can't be from "my documents" or anything) then insert that url including http: between the [IMG ] [/IMG ]
