moving heavy furniture at 1:30 in the am can be quite a workout.. who says you need a ballys membership to feel the burn.. actually im not suppose to lift anything heavier then 30 pounds but the testerone in me always pushs me to lift more which usually ends up having me sprawled on the ground in deep pain.. im such an old man,literally.. back...
