Okay so finally got a couple of new pics up, havent put any new ones up since I started stretching my lobe and its now at 11mm.

Question - what should I do with my hair? I cant decide.

Well I got my promotion, but the payrise that came with it was a measly 800 a year.

on the bright side a bonus of 1200 aint too bad.

Well the ear is up to 11mm now, woo hoo.
But I am back at work, boo hoo.

Yearly promotions and payrises are coming up this week, won't know till friday what I have got.

I got a damn fine appraisal so if I don't get a promotion and decent payrise I am leaving.

So i I leave, what shouldI do instead?

Okay so my left ear is now up to 10mm, thus making my last post obsolete.

I don't normally update my journal this often so I cant think of anyhing else to say.

So I survived my weekend at my exes place, yay.
Plus this weekend, also got my left nipple pierced and my left ear pierced again, gonna start stretching that one in about a month (the old one is at 8mm now)

It's a common male problem that many of us girls dont understand. When you like a guy you have to tell him. No amount of hint dropping works. Or in the case of one of my ex's he thought I was flirting with him for a bet.

The only problem with being up front about liking someone is if you accidentally get him at the wrong moment and he tells you to F off. Us girls have fragile egos too. biggrin

My best advice is to stop looking. I always find that gorgeous blokes always appear out of the blue, usually when I'm in the local with no make-up and my grottiest pants on. Its a combination that men seem to find subconsciously irresistable cos when I make an effort I always crash and burn on the man front.
