I have astounded myself these last 6 days. I really do have ALOT of willpower and strength, more than i first imagined. Caffiene and nicotine were two things i both loved and was addicted to and now its been six days without them, and you know what im hardly missing them. The first two days were pretty miserable but now its just like they were never there. I wish i could take this strength and strong will and direct it toward my ED recovery now !
