The number of photosets SGs have (as displayed on the profile list page) and the % score of photosets (as displayed on the photos page) is being calculated from migrated data and should be live in a few hours. The SG/Hopeful photoset % score will be calculated immediately if anyone likes or de-likes a specific photoset.
Some groups may be marked as not having recent activity or have all of the threads have their thread creation date instead of their most recent comment date listed; that data should also be processed in the next few hours.
Search data is still being indexed and is trickling in gradually. In the case of threads and blog posts, of which there are millions, it may take some time to get them all indexed and also start indexing new ones regularly.
On the old site, comments and likes on SG/Hopeful photosets were conflated, so that comments with no text (just a "like") were counted in the comment count. On the new site, comments are just comments -- which means that you can comment multiple times and have conversations in a photoset comment thread, but it also means that the number of comments listed is just the number of comments, not the number of likes.
