Well my day trip to Dublin yesterday was well worth the 12.50 i paid for my ryan air seat. The city itself is actually alot nicer than i was expecting plenty of grand old buildings and it was much cleaner than most uk cities or atleast compared to my local cities of coventry and birmingham. I don't know how the students there cope with price of every day items a bounty bar cost me 85p and couldn't get a bottle of water for less than 1 both items could be bought here in the uk for about 40p each. Though the students of trinity college do have a pretty good campus full of historic buildings (apart from the 60's libary block) and plenty of open space.

The flights there and back were as you would expect from ryanair cheap and cheerful which is perfect for a 40 minute flight. We managed to get the exit row seats on the way back which gives you first class level leg space though to get them i had to shamelessly run past everyone to get on the plane first which by the looks on their faces didn't impress the people in suits who had paid extra for priority boarding but it's tough luck the best part of a ryainair flight is everyone trying to get the best seat by any means possibly.

Anyway im sure this blog is now far to long and boring for anyone to read so i will end it here.
