@amorous @samihain is a typical summer dish of southern Italy. It's called "ciambotta" and it's a traditional peasant vegetable stew: it's made with potatoes, carrots, aubergines, peppers, tomatoes, a pinch of chilli pepper, garlic, onion and lots of basil leaves to give it a good scent 🥰🥰🥰
