i was so horribly sick yesterday.

i woke up, and it took me half an hour to get dressed for work.

got really nauseous, so had water for lunch.

couldnt get my shift covered.
threw up once before clocking in.

then proceeded to have dry heaves about 10 times, and threw up about 3.
and had a horrible headache

my ultranice neighbor went to the store for me and got me gingerale and crackers. and a co-worker gave me a ride home.

threw up again in the bushes before even getting to my front door.


from 6:30pm-1 am or so i could barely get off the couch.

finally when the nausea wore down around 1, i got in bed. woke up at 6am and still had a horrible headache. took some (prescription) migraine medicine because by then i figured out i had one hell of a migraine. went back to bed, woke up 3 hours later with just a ghost of a headache.

still kinda worn down, and my throat hurts like hell whenever i swallow anything...


resting on the couch with movies all day..
