Explain this please:
for two days now, the postman has - apparently - been unable to deliver mail due to the snow; but today, a little chap from the local fast food takeaway/home delivery service managed to stick a leaflet through every door in Splott!

i can not explain this...seems like the mailman is pussing out...or he just decided to take all the x-mas mail home and check if there is money is some envelopes
