Today was fun, I woke up to a call from my really cool art teacher who was responding to a letter I wrote him, but this was about... 9 30... so I was only asleep for about 6 hours... max, but I couldn't fall back asleep so I played alittle Warcraft, untill my cable kept messing up and I kept getting droped out of games, so I gave up on that for some tv, untill I fell asleep, with off and on phone calls from KT trying to find info out about the shows tonight, but... I was sleeping... so I wasn't much help, but I woke up right as it was time to leave... and I left =D

I saw 3 BEAST bands tonight, I saw The Rude Staircase, who i went out of my way to see because I saw them before and they rocked my socks.

I had tickets to Bloc Party tonight but I wanted to see The Rude Staircase, so I drove there and missed one of the opening bands for Bloc Party, then I drove to the club Bloc Party was playing at. When I got there I was plesently supprised by this band Engineers, WHO WAS AMAZING, very Explosions in the Sky esque, so naturally I loved them (Explosions in the Sky is the best band ever, anyone who makes music like them deserves to be idolized).

After them Bloc Party came on, All and all it was a good show, Bloc Party sounds better recorded, but I always have fun at shows so I had a good time. I brought balloons and threw them up during the show, but it was majority 21 and over and they were being dumb and not playing with my balloons =( (but at one time I did have like 6 in the air) and some bitch took 2 and held them like it was fun... to be holding a balloon... as if the band drooled on them... stupid bitch...



Anyway I had fun, and it was my friend KT's first show, she got a shirt, I got a cool blue shirt with the outline of the band members, belly up to their head, on it and I got the Bloc party Silent Alarm record, and the only Engineers record they were selling (I'm starting a record collection woot!, although I don't even have a record player set up =P, as I was buying these I promised myself I would clear a spot in my room and set up one of the 2 players I have... the one time I talked to Gadget it was about my favorite bands record (EITS) and how there is a PHAT ASS inscribed bird on the record, which depressed me, because I didn't even know, BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER PLAYED IT! lol)

THEN when I got back into my city from DC it was about 12:55 and I was hungry (in this area NO store is open...) but I remembered this sandwhich place that delivers that ppl were talking about being open late, so I found it, and it was open and it was AWESOME, I got a meatball sub and IT WAS FUCKING THE SHIT!

Then I finished off the night with some Warcarft 3... where I got an error (as always) so I quit and retired to bed... at 5 am... I need to fix my sleep system, but I'm going to europe soon, so I gusse I'm already good...
