How have yoyu been lately?
We lost our bid on the house.... It started at 180,000 and went to 220,00 in 6 hours... I don't want that house that bad.... sorry just not worth it to me... though we did find another house we are looking at but the fine print states leased till September so we would then have to buy out the lease..... thinking hard on it..... Just not sure if thats worth it either among the closing cost and what not.....
