I've always wanted to write a blog so I guess here I go! I'm blogging my 21 days to changing my habits to improve my mental health and overall wellbeing. So daily I will do at least 10 minutes of meditation and mindfulness, 10 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of exercise. My to do lists are written, my running kit is out and my mind is focused!
