Ok so I have in the kitchen on the go at the moment: roasted red peppers with zucchini and roasted garlic and sea salt; fresh tilapia with fresh homegrown thyme, sea salt, fresh homegrown chives and roasted garlic; chicken drumsticks with fresh homegrown rosemary & chives with roasted garlic. Also making couscous with celery, red pepper, raisins and a shaving of ginger. For a salad - celery, cherry tomatoes, feta, shaved carrot and beet on a bed of red lettuce with a balsamic drizzle and a handful each of raisins and toasted almonds.
