Pheew, what a week!
Gave blood on Thursday evening. It wasn't too bad... well, depending on your definition. Firstly it hurt more than it should have because I have 'small veins', and the blood was reeeally slow to come out. Apparently I would make a rubbish junkie. Poor me
Anyway, I got through it fine enough, it's not painful at all, just a little uncomfortable. After about 10 minutes I got up, went to get my drink and biscuits. I sat down and promtly fainted for the first time in my life. Then upon awakening puked three times. Ack
good news is, the nastiness lasted all of 5 minutes and I felt fine, even elated afterwards. I helped to save up to three peoples lives! 
Yay!
Dillemma time: I want to give blood as much as I can, but as most of you will probably know you can't for a year after new bod mods. What to do? I won't have the money for the extensive tattooing I want for a few years anyway, but it's the piercings I wanted to work on for the moment. Shall I get more piercings or keep myself clean for as long as possible so I can give blood? I'm really leaning towards the latter.
Ooh Ooh I won a medal today! It's all shiney! My old college invited me back to an awards thing, and I got my prize for starting up the first college magazine.
Pretty lame ceremony, but a MEDAL! I bet your all green with envy.
