am hung over. Friends new bar is nice, cocktail list a bit dull, but the spiced orange sours was very nice. I think it would be good with aperol, and I've got a nagging hunch that the cinnamon/orange combination would set off Fejoa vodka, which is... well hideous really! I've been trying to find a use for that for some time. Perhaps I'll buy a bottle.
Anyway, enough nerdy drink talk.
This week is a big week for me really. September is usually quite hot business wise, but not so this september. Therefore all my money is out and I haven't been selling very much. I wanted to ebay lots of shiny things last month but didn't because it was so slow. Saturday I discover if things really have picked up. If not I will be selling one of my internal organs.
Questions:
1. Do you remember your dreams?
1a. Do you think they have any significance.
1b. Tell me a recent dream that stands out.
2. What is your favourite drink and why?
3. give me a short term and long term ambition.
4. What have you seen that I need to see before I die?

And Shaken. Always Shaken, never stirred... And very dry.
Most bars tend to stick with Smirnoff, which at best is passable. I can't recall the brand I normally have in the freezer (I've run out, and need to make a trip to London to stock up), but it's in a tiny blue bottle, very expensive, and from Harrods.
