Had a good afternoon hanging out with a couple of friends...we went and saw Aviator, it was good, but way, way too long. Also people in the theater were driving me crazy, I hate it when people act like they are in their own house during movies and talk and crunch ice, and talk to the screen. Speaking of movies, I had a good conversation with the girl at the video store, might just have to ask her out, but I don't need to be renting movies with all the homework I've got...mabye I will rent movies and just not watch them...yeah, that's the plan.

Blech. I'm about to go back to school myself. I've gotten used to living back at home for winter and I don't want to go back. I love David Sedaris. I've heard him read live twice, also. Have you heard his books on tape? It's interesting to hear him read the stories. It adds another dimension to them.

Where are you these days? Most of my friends who went and saw the Aviator said that they thought it was pretty, but didn't really understand why anyone thought it would make a compelling film.
