Hey everyone!! Definitely feels like I've left this poor site high and dry...no worries I plan on making a better effort at keeping in touch.

So recently I've been inspired to start making healthier choices in what I eat and in actually including regular gym visits. I'm doing well so far...met with a trainer last Friday, this past Tuesday, and will be again a week from today. Now I gotta say this inspiration actually came from a negative situation that I decided to turn into a positive one.

I received a huge hit to my self confidence a couple weeks ago; not sure if it was intentional or not but it made me think. I've been wanting to make a few changes with myself for awhile but this was the last straw for me. This put my want to look/feel better into overdrive. Not only will I do this mainly for my satisfaction but I plan on showing this confidence culprit instead of breaking me they motivated.
