an old friend of mine died on sunday.

i'm not sure how i feel about this.

it was because of an overdose. this really hits home, not only because he was a friend, but also because i used to use and have friends who did and some who still do.

i am glad i'm clean. and i hope my friends smarten-up. i worry about them...

hi veloria,
there's no manual on how to feel about the death of a friend. you get left with memories and hopefully they're good ones. time can be your friend.

Must..update...journal.

So, the weather is looking up these days. Much better. I got a "new" bike last week, so I just might venture out on a little excursion. I love biking. I don't like exercise that feels pointless...I hate stairmasters and things like that. I used to lift weights; I think I might start that again. I've managed to not put on too much weight...

alive and well. just contemplating over a cup of newly found oolong. purchasing it was strange enough. i went to this tea shop on queen street. a nice enough place, but i nearly ripped the door off of the handle when i entered, and this frail "open" sign was also rattled. nothing broke, but jeepers people. i am no hooligan or buffoon, but still.
and bike theft..well it sucks. my bike was stolen a while back. i waited at the bike rack for a couple of hours because i wanted to meet whomever stole my bicycle.

drugs: pot and tea. music radio station to listen to via the net. no commercials very dynamic

i haven't seen the pollock movie either, if canada were closer to sweden we could go and rent it. well, i guess you're still very busy, i'm not. i'm just walking around in the city, shopping stuff i don't really afford (but i gotta buy cheap books on the big swedish boke sale, it's one time every year), and working out.

it's snow everywhere and the spring seems to decided that it will never come again, this thursday i'm finally going to see billy bragg and after that my family maybe will visit. that would be great, not just to see them cause they're great but i also need someone to get my organ down here... it's standing in a room in my grandfathers house right now, he's in the hospital now btw it's sad.

tonight i will stay up all nite to watch the oscars, it's a fuckin spectacle but i think it's fun somehow. confused

Hey, sorry for this late reply but blablabla,
I'd love to go to Egypt, I ove pyramids and everything about old egypt history. I'd also love to visit USA and New Zealand, I've been to a couple of countries in Europe, my fave this far is Spain, but if you are from Sweden you adore every place that is varm. Haha.
severus:
When i lived in the north of Sweden it could be like - 25 but here in the south the coldest temp have been like - 17, it's getting hotter and hotter every winter, the world's temperature is changing. Not a good thing. Soon it's spring here in the south, yesterday it was + 12 outside. YES.

The people at the club where I played Girlschool only liked really geeky music, bad bad music.... people walked to me and said "Can't you play this and that" and I hardly could stop myself from laughing. They were so sweet with their bad musictaste, then I went home. Rented four movies. I'm soon gonna see "From Hell" and then "Rushmore". But today it's laundry time (haaate it) then I'm going out to see a new swedish movie called "Four different styles of brown" if you translate the title into english. It's 3 hours long, hope it's worth the time. I love swedish films though, have you seen any?

happy saturday afternoon.

sometimes it's good to vent, but, at the same time...after a rather heated "discussion" about all of this stuff, i have realized that i was being an asshole by posting what i did in my journal.

this probably isn't the place for it, know what i mean? i guess i just had a moment of frustration and, i didnt' want to call...

i just got home from a really long day. to celebrate, i wolfed down some food and soon i shall have my after dinner smoke (the 3rd best kind.) i think i made a new friend at school today. always a good thing. i sometimes wonder if i stay in school just because i dig the culture. . .and the fact that, in my opinion,...

A naked magician
wanders muddied fields
of urban splendour
trailing webs of compassion
for the lowliest unseen.

He reassembles buildings
presses trees and flowers
through high-pitched cracks
shivering chords of ecstacy

He unwedges parked cars
melts them down into
singing, flying chimes
of recycled harmony
eternally airborn
playgrounds of glitter
flashing in the wind

He beckons roots unholy
to crawl from the dark
twisting and...

i really only wrote that "being god" thing because my infinite lameness could not find anything better inside my brain to transfer into the little text box.

but if i were god, SnakeMannn [one n not enough?] would never have happened, i assure you.

Greetings and salutations. . .that is, if anyone is reading this. I discovered SG a couple years ago and was a voyeuristic member for a while. Now I'm back, and I even have a profile. It's amazing to see how much this site has grown! That's all for now; lazy Sunday afternoon. There's a beautiful snowfall happening right now -- looks great from inside. Cheers.
