slow season at work, boy do the days drag, at least i got the internet! hah
life update*
decided to stay in my current apartment because it is cheap and has no problems (that can't be solved) other then noise from above which isn't often enough to drive me crazy, plus i am not there much, always on the go.
I will wait till the end of fall for my knee surgery because soccer starts the beginning of august and I won't have enough recover time. Just going to have to take it easy and live with being uncomfortable for a few more months.
Chicago Pride was great, very crowded but fun once we got out of the crowd. Was with my girlfriend and best friend so it was already a givin it would be great

My sisters family came to visit for the 4th weekend and I had a great time with her and the kids
Thank goodness I have a good family or I would be very depressed, just because i hate this small boring close minded city and i don't have ANY close friends. I have one party friend that likes to go out a lot so I meet up with him and whoever he's with and have some fun times, but i have no one to count on, no one to invite anywhere or go on adventures with. It sucks, but that's how it's always been. There is just no one that is on my level here and it is very lonely. So much of who I am is kept inside because no one around here appreciates it. At least now that I am older I realize how amazing I am and understand why I it's hard to find anyone that is worthy of my friendship.
But I got my girl and my best friend in chicago who I hope to get to very soon, so for now i just got deal and get through this phase of my life.
Hope everyone had some fun this weekend or at least had a day off work!
