I found out that to feel better/stay healthy I have to fix my blood by eating red me/beef and lamb mostly 3-4 times a week. Seeing as I was raised not eating meat this is a bit weird. I'm going to have to learn to cook it... that's the hard part. I don't mind eating it as long as I can avoid creepy chewy bits. But learning to cook it might be hard.

I'm also lacking a bit on the red stuff. Chicken is easier to cook than beef. Chewy bits! Yuck! My parents think I'm weird for avoiding that.
