So this is the house i've spent the last few weeks working on. Its still not done but getting closer. We found a realtor and are listing it hopefully some time this week for 31,900.00. I"m hopeful, its nice. I'm really really tierd. so i'm headed to bed soon. Today was... a productive day.

House + realtors = I'm in over my head. I think we found a good one (realtor) but its so hard to say i think monkeys with darts could guess about as well as i did today...

Josh came over again tonight. But this time we actaully got a change to hang out. Watched Borat and the Matadore. Personaly the second was a much better movie.

It's a beautiful feeling mixed with guilt and angst and whatever the fuck else. So awesome that I'm almost sorry you're going through it because it complicates life to the thousandth degree.
